  • Bank transfer: Must be completed within 3 days of order date

 


Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

 

  • Before shipping: You can cancel through the “Cancel Order” button on our website.

  • After shipping: Unopened items may be returned or exchanged (equal or lesser value) within 30 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support (+81-80-3213-0169).

    Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Defective items: Please contact Customer Support; we will refund or exchange at our shipping cost.

返品・交換・キャンセルについて

    　同等またはそれ以下の金額の商品への交換、もしくは返金対応をいたします。

    　開封済みの商品は返品・交換をお受けできません。

  • 不良品・誤配送の場合：お手数ですがカスタマーサポートセンターまでご連絡ください。弊社負担で交換または返金いたします。
