  • Domestic shipping: Free (¥0)

  • International shipping: Flat rate USD 60

  • Bank transfer fees: Customer responsibility

Payment Timing:

  • Credit card: Based on the terms and conditions of each card company, it will be automatically deducted.

  • Bank transfer: Must be completed within 3 days of order date

  • PayPay payment: With PayPay payment (online payment), you can use PayPay to place an order.


Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Products should arrive within 14 days after shipment.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

 

  • Before shipping: You can cancel through the “Cancel Order” button on our website.

  • The order status must be "order accepted"  on the purchase history screen for the cancellation to be valid. If you order multiple products in one order, all products will be canceled.

  • After shipping: Unopened items may be returned or exchanged (equal or lesser value) within 30 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support via email hello@athlydo.com or contact form [LINK]

    Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Defective items: if the product purchased at this online shop is "defective, damaged or stained" or "if the product or the number of items different from your order arrives" (unopened product), we will accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of arrival.
